Aurevox offers ideal shipping methods for any requirement. Be it low priced through DHL/Standard Parcel Post, more quickly via DHL Express  or UPS, or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. And in addition you can also pick up your order yourself at our Shop if you prefer. On this page you´ll find an overview of all available shipping methods.

Exchange or Return of Goods

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@AUREVOX.store. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.

In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.

EXCHANGES

  • We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at contact@AUREVOX.store.

REFUNDS :

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds (if applicable) :

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) :

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet.

“Shipping Policy and Delivery Guidelines - AUREVOX”

We ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the advertised time frame, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and insert spaces properly; we do not take responsibility for incorrect information. If the package is returned as non-deliverable, we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s). If you refuse any shipments from AUREVOX, shipping and the cost of returning the package to us is free. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with your postal service. AUREVOX does not hold any responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue a refund for packages that state being delivered.

Order Cut-off Time :

Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM every weekday (GMT-08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada). If the order is placed and a credit card authorization is released before 5:00 PM PST Monday through Friday, the order will be processed the same day. If the order is placed after 5:00 PM PST Monday through Thursday, it will be processed on the following business day.
